短链脂肪酸在多囊卵巢综合征发生发展中的作用

摘要 多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)是育龄期妇女最常见的内分泌紊乱性疾病,是导致女性月经失调与不孕的常见原因之一,严重影响女性的健康。但其病因复杂,迄今为止发病机制仍不明确,导致尚无有效的治疗方案。近年来,代谢因素及免疫因素成为PCOS的研究热点。且发现肠道菌群在PCOS发生发展中起着重要作用。大量研究表明,肠道菌群通过其代谢产物短链脂肪酸(shortchain fatty acids,SCFAs)影响宿主的营养代谢及免疫功能。SCFAs可通过多方面来调节肠道菌群与宿主的共生关系,对宿主健康起到了重要影响。本文旨在探讨SCFAs在PCOS发生发展过程中的可能作用,以期能为基于肠道菌群为靶点治疗PCOS提供新的帮助。 Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is the most common endocrine disorders in women of childbearing age,it is one of the common causes of menstrual disorders and infertility,which seriously affects women's health.However,its etiology is complex and its pathogenesis is still unclear so far,leading to the absence of effective treatment.In recent years,metabolic factors and immune factors have become the research focus of PCOS.It is found that intestinal flora plays an important role in the occurrence and development of PCOS.A large number of studies have shown that gastrointestinal microbiome affects the nutritional metabolism and immune function of host through its metabolite,short-chain fatty acids(SCFAs).SCFAs can regulate the symbiotic relationship between intestinal flora and host through many ways,and plays an important role in host health.The purpose of this paper is to explore the possible role of SCFAs in the development of PCOS,in order to provide new help for the treatment of PCOS based on gastrointestinal microbiome.
