摘要
通过文献整理,梳理商务服务业人才相关的能力要素,结合胜任力理论和SPSS卡方检验,最终确定将工作业绩、商务能力、综合素质、专业理论和科研能力作为商务服务业人才评价的5个一级指标,进而确定16个二级指标。通过实证分析,得出所建构的评价指标体系的评价要素和权重分配是比较合理的,各个层次之间的人才有一定的区分度,对于高校人才培养和企业人才评价具有一定的指导意义。
Through literature review,combing the relevant ability elements of business service industry talents,combining competency theory and SPSS chi-square test,the paper finally determines five first level indicators of business service industry talents evaluation,including work performance,business ability,comprehensive quality,professional theory and scientific research ability,and then determines 16 second level indicators.Through empirical analysis,it is concluded that the evaluation elements and weight distribution of the constructed evaluation index system are relatively reasonable,and there is a certain degree of differentiation between different levels of talents,which has a certain guiding significance for university talent cultivation and enterprise talent evaluation.
