基于ANSYS的叉车轮边结构优化及试验分析

摘要 为解决叉车轮边轮辋螺母松动问题,利用ANSYS Workbench有限元分析软件,简化轮边结构的三维模型,通过对现有轮边结构的优化,分析优化前后的轮毂、制动鼓、轮辋和螺栓的应力云图,并根据分析对比结果,采用优化后的结构进行试验验证。结果表明:优化后的防松结构在强化试验过程中未出现轮边螺母松动的现象,彻底解决了叉车在恶劣工况下的轮辋螺母松动问题。 In order to solve the problem of wheel rim nut loosening of forklift,ANSYS is used in this paper Workbench finite element analysis software simplifies the three-dimensional model of the wheel rim structure.By optimizing the existing wheel rim structure,the stress nephogram of the wheel hub,brake drum,wheel rim and bolt before and after optimization is analyzed.According to the analysis and comparison results,the optimized structure is used for test verification.The results show that the optimized anti loosening structure has no wheel rim in the process of strengthening test The phenomenon of nut looseness completely solves the problem of rim nut looseness of forklift under bad working conditions.
