摘要
基于磁性材料的特点,提出一种磁性材料球磨机功率的计算方法,从球磨机的转动惯量和摩擦力矩的角度出发,计算铁氧体磁性材料球磨机的功率,并针对满足生产的实际功率进行核算和改进,降低了设备电机的功率消耗。
Based on the characteristics of magnetic materials,this paper proposes a method for calculating the power of a magnetic material ball mill.This method is to calculate the power of a ferrite magnetic material ball mill from the angular direction of the moment of inertia and friction torque of the ball mill,aiming at meeting the actual power of production.The calculation and improvement have finally reduced the power consumption of the equipment motor.
