摘要
针对某涡轴发动机燃气发生器转子的临界转速和振型,开展系统的计算分析。分析过程中,建立某涡轴发动机燃气发生器转子的有限元分析模型,运用SAMCEF/ROTOR转子动力学分析软件,计算燃气发生器转子的前三阶临界转速和振型,并揭示了前三阶临界转速和振型随弹支刚度的变化规律。研究表明,燃气发生器转子在额定工作转速范围内存在两阶临界转速,且振型均为刚体振型。此外,弹支刚度的变化对转子前两阶临界转速影响较大,对第三阶临界转速影响较小。
The critical speed and vibration mode of the gas generator rotor of a turboshaft engine are calculated and analyzed systematically.During the analysis,the finite element analysis model of the gas generator rotor of a turboshaft engine is established.The first three critical speeds and vibration modes of the gas generator rotor are calculated by using the rotor dynamics analysis software SAMCEF/ROTOR.The variation of the first three critical speeds and vibration modes with the stiffness of the elastic support is revealed.The results show that there are two critical speeds of the gas generator rotor in the range of rated working speed,and the first two modes are rigid vibration modes.In addition,the change of elastic support stiffness has a greater impact on the first two critical speeds of the rotor,and has a smaller impact on the third critical speed.
