摘要
研究镀锌板焊接的特性,分析焊点表面的锌晕层尺寸对焊接参数的影响,并使用视觉测量技术对锌晕层进行归纳测量,提出了基于锌晕层放大比例的镀锌板参数计算方法,最后通过超声波和拉伸剪切试验验证了该计算方法的有效性。
The characteristics of galvanized sheet welding were studied,and the influence of the size of the zinc halo layer on the welding parameters was analyzed.The zinc halo layer was summarized and measured by visual measurement technology.The calculation method of galvanized sheet parameters based on the amplification ratio of zinc halo layer was proposed,and the validity of the calculation method was verified by ultrasonic and tensile shear tests.
