摘要
链条一般为金属的链环或环形物,多用于机械传动和牵引,如交通障碍通道的链形物(如在街道中、河流或港湾入口处)和机械上传动用的链子。当需要缩短链条长度或者更换某链节时,应进行链条的拆卸工作。但是,传统拆卸链条的方法容易伤手,且效率较低。为了解决以上问题,研究设计了一种链条拆卸装置,并通过现场试验,验证了该设计可以有效提高作业效率,降低劳动量和安全风险。
Chains are usually metal links or rings,which are mostly used for mechanical transmission and traction.For example,a chain used to obstruct a passage of traffic(as in a street,at the entrance of a river or harbor),a chain used mechanically.When the length of the chain needs to be shortened or some links need to be replaced,the chain needs to be disassembled,but the traditional method of disassembling the chain is easy to hurt hands,and the efficiency is relatively low.Therefore,in order to solve the above problems,a chain disassembly device is designed,and the field test shows that the design can effectively improve the operation efficiency,reduce the amount of labor and safety risk.
