某型涡轴发动机压气机离心叶轮叶片多种振动特性试验方法对比研究

摘要 以某型涡轴发动机压气机离心叶轮叶片为研究对象,采用3种不同的试验系统研究该叶片的振动特性。仿真结果表明,压电纤维复合材料(Macro Fiber Composite,MFC)作为激振源的试验系统,在叶片振动特性的试验中可以较准确地获得叶片的振动频率,并且能够得到叶片的振型。MFC能够激起叶片更高阶的振动,是使用力锤激振所不具备的条件,因此在叶片高阶模态振动的研究中MFC更具优势。 Taking a certain type of turboshaft engine compressor centrifugal impeller blade as the research object,three different test systems are used to study the vibration characteristics of the blade.By comparing the simulation results,it is shown that the Macro Fiber Composite(MFC)test system as the excitation source can obtain the vibration frequency of the blade more accurately in the test of the vibration characteristics of the blade,and the vibration shape of the blade can be obtained.MFC can arouse higher-order vibrations of the blade,which is a condition that is not available in the use of force hammer excitation.Therefore,MFC has more advantages in the study of higher-order modal vibration of the blade.
