某涡桨试车台发动机安装架设计研究

摘要 根据发动机安装架的使用条件,提出一种发动机安装架设计思路。通过参考相关飞机螺旋桨与机翼间距,确定安装架长度,建立固支和铰支两种涡桨发动机安装架模型并进行载荷分析,并选取承受主要载荷较优的结构,对其进行强度、振动及屈曲分析。结果表明:发动机传递给安装架的扭矩载荷为主要载荷;固支结构的安装架有更好的抗扭刚度,其强度、振动及屈曲均满足使用要求。可见,发动机安装架设计思路可行,对后续同类型安装架的设计具有重要的参考意义。 According to the use conditions of engine mounting frame,a design idea of engine mounting frame is proposed.By reference to the relevant aircraft propeller and wing spacing,the length of the installation frame is determined,and the models of the fixed support and hinged support are established.The load analysis is carried out,and the structure with better main load is selected.The strength,vibration and buckling analysis are carried out.The torque load transmitted by the engine to the mounting frame is the main load.The installation frame of the fixed support structure has better torsional stiffness,and its strength,vibration and buckling meet the requirements.The results show that the design idea of engine mounting frame is feasible,which has important reference significance for the subsequent design of the same type of mounting frame.
