摘要
卸荷开关在运载火箭中是具有高精度、高密封性能要求的阀门类产品。它的密封性能的好坏直接关系着运载火箭的正常发射。因此,通过查找和分析卸荷开关漏气量超标的原因,确定了在一定的低温条件下冰会对不锈钢光滑表面造成磨粒磨损,并提出通过控制温度下降幅度和气体干燥度的方法来避免损伤阀门类产品的光滑密封面。
In launch vehicle,unloading switch is a kind of valve product with high precision and high sealing performance requirements.Its sealing performance directly affects whether the launch vehicle can launch normally.Based on the cause finding and mechanism analysis of the excessive air leakage of the unloading switch,it is determined that ice will cause abrasive wear on the smooth surface of stainless steel under certain low temperature conditions,and the method of controlling the temperature drop and gas dryness is proposed to avoid damaging the smooth sealing surface of valve products.
