摘要 滤水池是水厂的重要工艺设施,直接影响着水质的好坏,但传统方法较为笨拙且成本较高,因此讨论了水厂污水处理的重要地位,并详细介绍了滤水池的工艺流程。为实现智能管理,详细介绍了基于S7-300 PLC的滤水池自动控制系统的功能与组成、控制方案的设计、硬件的选择以及软件PLC程序的设计。为了远程监控滤池系统的工作情况,设计了基于MCGS人机交互界面。该界面既能动画显示系统的运行情况,又能实时监控系统中的参数,以防止发生故障。该设计过程已应用于实例,希望能够为后续研究提供参考价值。 Filter is an important process facility in waterworks,which directly affects the quality of water,but the traditional method is clumsy and expensive.Therefore,the important position of wastewater treatment in waterworks was discussed,and the process flow of the filter was introduced in detail.In order to realize intelligent management,the function,composition,control scheme design,hardware selection and software PLC program design of automatic control system for filter based on S7-300 PLC are introduced in detail.In order to monitor the working condition of the filter system remotely,the human-computer interaction interface based on MCGS is designed.This interface can not only display the operation of the system but also monitor the parameters in the system in real time to prevent the occurrence of faults.The design process has been applied to an example,hoping to provide reference value for subsequent research.
