摘要
炼铁厂一、二期为7m焦炉。应用装煤车直行揭盖装置、机械数字孪生系统、煤口堵塞检测系统以及主动防碰撞系统等实施焦炉机车无人化综合改造,有利于实现焦炉装煤车自动化。因此,重点分析了装煤车无人驾驶的可行性。
The first and second phases of the ironworks are 7m coke ovens.The unmanned and comprehensive transformation of coke oven locomotives has been implemented using the straight forward uncovering device of the coal loading car,the mechanical digital twin system,the coal port blockage detection system and the active anti-collision system to realize the automation of the coke oven coal loading car.Based on this,the feasibility of unmanned driving of coal loading trucks is analyzed.
