摘要
铸造温度是一种典型的具有时滞、大惯性和参数时变特性的控制对象,且其干扰源较多,而采用常规且成熟的PID控制方法很难达到理想的控制效果。因此,提出了一种模糊Smith智能温度控制方法,即在模糊控制理论的基础上将PID控制与模糊Smith预估控制相结合。仿真结果表明,该方法可以有效改善温度控制系统的品质,从而进一步提高温度控制系统的抗干扰能力和鲁棒性。
The casting temperature is a typical control object with time-delay,large inertia and time-varying parameters.If the conventional,mature PID control method,it is difficult to achieve an ideal control effect.Therefore,this paper presents an intelligent control method of mold and Smith,which combines PID control with mold and Smith predictive control on the basis of fuzzy Smith intellident control method.The simulation results show that the method can improve the quality of temperature control system and further improve the anti-interference ability and robustness of the temperature control system.
