寻常痤疮患者BDNF/TrkB通路相关蛋白变化与抑郁的相关性研究

Study on the Correlation between Changes of BDNF/TrkB Pathway-related Proteins and Depression-related Scale in Patients with Acne Vulgaris

目的:探讨寻常痤疮患者BDNF/TrkB通路相关蛋白与抑郁的相关性。方法:选取2016年1月-2018年2月在笔者医院治疗的200例寻常痤疮患者(观察组),同时选取健康体检者51例作为对照组,检测两组血清脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)、酪氨酸激酶受体B(TrkB)水平,同时采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评估观察组抑郁情况。结果:观察组BDNF为(11.92±2.03)ng/ml,明显低于对照组(P<0.05),而TrkB水平为(13.22±1.92)ng/ml,明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组Ⅳ级患者血清BDNF为(8.62±1.07)ng/ml,明显低于Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级和Ⅲ级患者(P<0.05),TrkB水平为(47.37±8.51)ng/ml,明显高于Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级和Ⅲ级患者(P<0.05);观察组Ⅳ级患者SDS、HAMD评分分别为(39.95±5.81)分和(22.10±2.01)分,明显高于Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级和Ⅲ级患者(P<0.05);血清BDNF与SDS、HAMD评分呈负相关(r=-0.462和-0.431,P<0.05),血清TrKB与SDS、HAMD评分呈正相关(r=0.337和0.342,P<0.05)。结论:寻常性痤疮患者血清BDNF降低,而TrkB水平升高,与患者抑郁状况有一定关系,值得进一步研究。

Objective To investigate the correlation between BDNF/TrkB pathway related proteins and depression in patients with acne vulgaris.Methods 200 patients with acne vulgaris in our hospital from January 2016 to February 2018(observation group)were selected,and 51 healthy people were selected as control group,the serum levels of brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)and tyrosine kinase receptor B(TrkB)were measured in the two groups,the self-rating depression scale(SDS)and hamilton depression scale(HAMD)were used to evaluate the depression in the observation group.Results The levels of BDNF in the observation group were(11.92±2.03)ng/ml,which were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and TrkB was(13.22±1.92)ng/ml,which were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of BDNF of gradeⅣpatients in the observation group were(8.62±1.07)ng/ml,which were significantly lower than those in the patients of gradeⅠ,ⅡandⅢ(P<0.05),TrkB was and(47.37±8.51)ng/ml,which were significantly higher than those in the patients of gradeⅠ,ⅡandⅢ(P<0.05).The SDS and HAMD scores of gradeⅣpatients in the observation group were(39.95±5.81)and(22.10±2.01),which were significantly higher than those of gradeⅠ,ⅡandⅢpatients(P<0.05);Serum BDNF was negatively correlated with SDS and HAMD scores(r=-0.462 and-0.431,P<0.05),and serum TrKB was positivly correlated with SDS and HAMD scores(r=0.337 and 0.342,P<0.05).Conclusion The decrease of serum BDNF and the increase of TrkB level in patients with acne vulgaris are related to depression,which deserves further study.
