口腔颌面部异物损伤的诊断及治疗分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨口腔颌面部异物的诊断与治疗及影像学诊断的重要性。方法:选择2014年11月-2019年11月笔者科室收治的78例颌面部损伤患者的异物种类、发生的原因及治疗进行回顾性分析。结果:78例患者中,成功取出74例,取出失败2例,保守治疗2例。12例患者术后有明显肿胀及张口受限,7例患者下唇及舌尖麻木。1周后复诊,伤口均恢复良好。1个月后复诊,7例唇、舌麻木的患者完全恢复。结论:根据异物种类的不同采取适合的影像学检查来辅助定位,根据异物留存的位置及患者全身情况等综合因素选择手术时机、手术路径和治疗方案,口腔诊疗过程必须规范及谨慎以避免医源性异物存留。 Objective To summarize the diagnosis and treatment on the injuries of foreign bodies in oral and maxillofacial.Methods 78 foreign body injury cases from November 2014 to November 2019 were retrospectively reviewed.The position and treatment were analyzed and summarized.Results 74 foreign bodies were successfully removed immediately or later,the other 2 cases were left in bodies and followed-up.12 patients had significant postoperative swelling and limited mouth opening.7 of these people had sense of numbness in the lower lip and tip of the tongue.After a week later,all wound healed well.After one mouth,the 7 patient who had numbness recovered.Conclusion According to the different types of foreign bodies to adopt appropriate imaging examination to assist localization.According to the location of the foreign body and the patient's physical condition to choose the appropriate surgery timing,surgical path and treatment plans.Oral diagnosis and treatment procedures must be standardized and careful to avoid iatrogenic foreign bodies.
