摘要
针对辽河油田公司在设备润滑管理方面所存在的问题,采用物联网、云计算、大数据分析和挖掘技术,设计开发了油田设备智能润滑管理信息系统。旨在以信息化手段来提升辽河油田公司的润滑管理水平,实现对油田设备全生命周期的精细化和智能化润滑管理。管理信息系统利用互联网技术将与之相涉及的各个方面联系在一起,实现了数据的自动采集、汇总、录入、统计和分析,使得润滑任务下达、结果上传和数据分享的准确性、及时性得到了有效保障。
Aiming at the problems existing in equipment lubrication management of Liaohe Oilfield Company,with the technologies of Internet of Things,cloud computing,big data analysis and mining,this paper designs and develops the intelligent lubrication management information system for oil field equipment which aims to improve the lubrication management level of Liaohe Oilfield Company by means of information technology,realize the fine and intelligent lubrication management of the whole life cycle of oil field equipment.The management information system uses the Internet technology to link all aspects involved with it,realizes the automatic collection,summary,entry,statistics and analysis of data,and effectively guarantees the accuracy and timeliness of lubrication task release,result upload and data sharing.
