上海市青浦区居民健康素养72条新增条目现况及影响因素分析

Analysis of the Current Status and Influencing Factors on the New Items of the Health Literacy 72 in Qingpu District,Shanghai

目的了解青浦区居民对健康素养72条中新增条目应知应会情况,为进一步推广健康素养72条提供依据。方法运用PPS法和KISH表抽样法,采用《2019年全国居民健康素养调查问卷》对青浦区15~69岁的常住居民共1665人进行问卷调查。结果新增条目的知晓率为10.3%。不同年龄、文化程度、职业和家庭年收入的居民知晓率之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示:文化程度和职业是新增条目知晓率的影响因素。结论应根据人群的文化程度、年龄、职业等因素,有针对性地、形式多样地开展健康素养促进行动,推广健康素养新增条目,全面提高居民健康素养水平。

Objective To understand the current situation and influencing factors of the new items of the 72 health literacy,and to provide the basis for the health literacy promotion moves in the future.Methods PPS method and Kish table method were used for sampling,and 1665 permanent residents aged 15-69 in Qingpu District were investigated with the national residents health literacy questionnaire in 2019.Results The awareness rate of new items was 10.3%.There were significant differences among residents with different age,education level,occupation,and annual family income(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that education level and occupation were the influencing factors of residents’awareness of new items.Conclusion According to the educational level,age,occupation,and other factors of the population,targeted and diversified health literacy promotion actions should be carried out to promote new items of health literacy and comprehensively improve the health literacy level of residents.
