The Impact of COVID-19 on the Vaccination Work in One Community in Shanghai

目的探讨新冠肺炎疫情对社区预防接种工作的影响,为突发公共卫生事件期间的基层疫苗接种工作提供相关数据。方法分析比较2020年1—5月与2019年同期的疫苗接种情况。结果免疫规划疫苗与非免疫规划疫苗接种在2020年1—5月份与2019年同期相比减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。进一步分析可知:2020年1、2、3月份的种剂次均少于2019年同期,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2020年4月份接种剂次多于2019年同期,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。流感和肺炎疫苗接种剂次在2020年1—5月多于2019年同期,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2020年1、4和5月份多于2019年同期接种剂次,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新冠肺炎暴发期间,免疫规划疫苗和非免疫规划疫苗总接种剂次较2019年同期接种剂次减少,流感疫苗和肺炎疫苗接种总剂次则较2019年同期接种总剂次增多。

Objective To explore the impact of COVID-19 epidemic on community vaccination,provide data for the primary vaccination work during public health emergencies.Methods The vaccination situation of January to May 2020 and 2019 was analyzed and compared.Results Compared with the same period in 2019,the immunization coverage of immunization planning vaccine and non-immunization planning vaccine decreased from January to May in 2020,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further analysis showed that the number of inoculations in January,February and March 2020 was less than that in the same period of 2019,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the number of inoculations in April 2020 was more than that in the same period of 2019,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of influenza and pneumonia vaccines in January to May 2020 was more than those in the same period of 2019,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the number of influenza and pneumonia vaccines in January,April and May 2020 was more than those in the same period of 2019,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the outbreak of novel coronavirus pneumonia,the total dose of immunization and non-immunization vaccine decreased less than that of the same period in 2019.The total dose of influenza vaccine and pneumonia vaccine was increased compared with that of the same period in 2019.
