上海某远郊地区新冠肺炎疫情期间居民认知、行为状况分析

Analysis of Cognition and Behavior of Residents in an Outer Suburb of Shanghai During the Period of COVID-19 Epidemic

目的调查上海市远郊地区新型冠状肺炎疫情期间居民的认知和行为情况,为相关部门制定针对性的新冠肺炎防控干预策略和措施提供参考。方法2020年1月—5月,采用问卷星的调查方式,对某社区居民510人进行相关知识和行为调查。结果居民对于新冠肺炎的主要知晓时间为1月下旬;获取渠道主要是媒体网站(58.82%);主要的行为改变是饮食改变(55.88%)、增加锻炼(68.24%)和增加睡眠(82.94%)。10%的人员存在情绪方面问题,28.82%的人群联系过区域内的家庭医生,57.06%的人群愿意签约家庭医生。结论疫情期间,需要根据不同人群采用不同的宣传手段。针对人群的行为改变情况,需要加大行为方面的宣教,尤其是宣传关于饮食营养、体育锻炼等方面内容,促进对生活理念和生活方式的改善。应普及对家庭医生服务的宣传,从而发挥家庭医生的基层诊疗作用。

Objective To investigate the status on cognition and behavior of COVID-19 among residents in the outskirts of Shanghai,and to provide reference for relevant departments to formulate strategies and measures for prevention and control of new crown pneumonia.Methods From January to May in 2020,510 residents in a community were investigated by questionnaire.Results The main knowledge of COVID-19 was in late January,and the main access channel was media website(58.82%).The main behavioral changes were diet change(55.88%),increasing of exercise(68.24%),and increasing of sleep(82.94%).The proportion of the staff who had emotional problems was 10%.The proportion of the population who had contacted the family doctor in the region was 28.82%,and 57.06%of the population were willing to sign a family doctor.Conclusion During the epidemic period,different propaganda means should been conducted according to different groups.In view of the behavior change of the crowd,the propaganda and education on behavior should been increased,especially on diet,nutrition,physical exercise and other aspects,so as to improve the life concept and lifestyle.The publicity of family doctor service should be popularized,so as to reflect the role of family doctor in primary diagnosis and treatment.
