某厂噪声定点测量与个体测量评价的比较与分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的比较某厂噪声定点测量与个体测量方法进行噪声评价的结果,分析两种评价方法的异同。方法依据GBZ/T189.8-2007《工作场所物理因素测量第8部分:噪声》对工人各作业点的噪声进行定点采样测量,同时对各工种的2名作业工人佩戴个人声暴露计进行个体噪声暴露测量。根据相应的劳动卫生学标准,用两种测量方法分别评价该企业的噪声危害情况,并对评价结果进行比较。结果定点测量和个体测量的噪声结果不一致。冲压车间定点测量噪声强度未超标,而该车间个体噪声测量结果超标,达到93-94dB(A);清洗车间定点测量噪声强度超过80dB(A),而该车间个体噪声测量结果未达到80dB(A)。结论该厂的工作特点决定了以环境噪声危害为评价主体的定点测量噪声不能代替工人个体暴露测量噪声,噪声测量应考虑采用定点测量和个体测量相结合的方式进行。 Objective To compare the results of noise evaluation by fixed-point measurement and individual measurement in a factory,and analyze the similarities and differences between the two methods.Methods According to GBZ/t189.8-2007 MEASUREMENT OF PHYSICAL FACTORS IN THE WORKPLACE-PART 8:NOISE,the noise of each working point was sampled and measured at fixed points,and the personal noise exposure of two workers in each type of work was measured with personal sound exposure meter.According to the corresponding labor hygiene standards,the noise hazards of the enterprise were evaluated by two measurement methods,and the evaluation results were compared.Results The noise results of fixed-point measurement and individual measurement were not consistent.The noise intensity of fixed-point measurement in stamping workshop did not exceed the standard,while the individual noise measurement in this workshop exceeded the standard,reaching 93-94 db(A).The noise intensity measured in the cleaning workshop is more than 80 db(A),but the individual noise measurement result of the workshop is less than 80 b(A).Conclusion The characteristics of the working mode of the factory determine that the fixed-point measurement noise which takes the environment as the main body of noise hazard assessment cannot replace the individual exposure measurement noise of workers.The combination of fixed-point measurement and individual measurement should be considered in noise measurement.
