摘要
补体系统在肿瘤的发生、发展过程中发挥了重要且复杂的作用。补体系统中的多种蛋白质,如C1q、C1r、C1s、各种调节蛋白、补体受体蛋白的改变会影响肿瘤细胞的生物学功能。补体系统不仅参与肿瘤细胞的杀伤和监视作用,也参与促进肿瘤发生的过程,补体调节蛋白如CD35、CD46、CD55和CD97可抑制补体的细胞溶解作用,逃避免疫监视。对肿瘤补体系统的深入研究有助于认识肿瘤发生、发展的分子免疫机制,为开发肿瘤恶性转化的生物标志物和肿瘤免疫治疗阻断性靶点的研究提供理论依据。
The complement system plays an important role in the occurrence and development of tumors including antibody-mediated killing of tumors.Various proteins in the complement system,such as C1q,C1r,C1s,regulatory proteins,and complement receptor proteins,can affect the biological function of tumor cells.The complement system is not only involved in the killing and monitoring of tumor cells,but also in the process of promoting tumorigenesis.Complement regulatory proteins such as CD35,CD46,CD55 and CD97 can inhibit the cytolysis of complement and escape immune surveillance.The study of the tumor complement system is helpful to understand the molecular immune mechanism of tumor occurrence and development,and provides a theoretical basis for the development of biomarkers for malignant transformation of tumors and the blocking targets of tumor immunotherapy.
