摘要
随着在线教育的大爆发,国内外基于互联网进行学历与非学历教育融合的探索有了更加深厚的基础。目前,针对基于互联网的融合探索的研究偏少,且多数研究偏重宏观探讨。基于“媒体辅助英语教学”课程学历教育SPOC和非学历教育MOOC,分别进行了融合探索,探讨了相关制度模式与实践路径,并主要从学习者学习效果和调查问卷反馈等方面,分析了探索的实际效果。研究发现,基于学历教育SPOC和非学历教育MOOC,进行学历与非学历融合的探索具有可行性。建议改进教学设计,特别是坚持“既一视同仁,又区别对待”的教学策略,并加强基于教师团队的学生支持服务,在融合机制上做出创新,提前引入学分银行顶层设计,统筹规划学生支持服务与薪酬等,以实现更佳的实践效果。
With the explosion of online education,the exploration of the integration of academic education and non-academic education based on the Internet at home and abroad has a deeper foundation.At present,there are few researches on integration exploration based on the Internet,and most of them lay stress on macro discussion.Based on the SPOC for academic education and MOOC for non-academic education,this paper has separately carried out integration exploration,focusing on the relevant theoretical and practical approaches,and mainly analyzing the actual effect of exploration from the aspects of learners learning achievements and questionnaire feedback.The results of the study show that it is feasible to explore the integration of academic education and non-academic education based on SPOC and MOOC.It is suggested to improve the teaching design,especially to adhere to the teaching strategy of“treating equally and differently”,to strengthen the student support services based on the teacher team,to make innovations in the integration mechanism,to introduce the top-level design of credit banks in advance,and to make overall planning in student support services and remuneration,so as to achieve better practical effects.
