摘要
学习者使用MOOC平台进行学习活动的意向,不仅取决于课程质量,MOOC平台的功能体验也十分重要。通过问卷设计、发放、收集与分析,并采用结构方程模型分析方法进行检验,构建了基于MOOC平台功能用户体验的MOOC学习者持续使用意向模型。路径分析结果显示,MOOC平台功能的感官体验与感知易用性、交互体验与感知有用性、感知易用性与感知有用性、感知有用性与情感体验、感知有用性与平台持续使用意向、情感体验与平台持续使用意向具有正相关影响。最后,文章提出了提升用户体验的三点建议。
The learners intention to use MOOC platforms for learning activities not only depends on the quality of the courses,but also on the functional experience of the MOOC platform.Through the questionnaire design,distribution,collection and analysis,and using structural equation model analysis method to test,this paper constructs a MOOC learners continuous use intention model based on the functional user experience of MOOC platform.The path analysis results show that the sensory experience and perceived ease of use of the MOOC platform functions,interactive experience and perceived ease of use,perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness,perceived usefulness and emotional experience,perceived usefulness and continuous use intention of the platform,emotion experience and continuous use intention of the platform have positive correlation impact.Finally,this paper puts forward three suggestions to improve the user experience.
