农业转移人口是一个庞大、复杂的群体,时代的发展给农业转移人口带来了机遇与挑战。农业转移人口在学习过程中会面对诸多学习困境:学习动机困境、学习能力困境、学习时间困境、学习资金困境。为解决农业转移人口学习困境,帮助其更好地融入城市生活,通过分析其面临的机遇和挑战,从个人、媒体、政府三方面入手,找到其学习困境的突破口,提出破解策略。

Agricultural migrant population is a large and complex group.The development of the times has brought opportunities and challenges to the agricultural migrant population.The agricultural migrant population will face many learning difficulties in the learning process such as learning motivation dilemma,learning ability dilemma,learning time dilemma and learning fund dilemma.In order to solve the learning dilemma of the agricultural migrant population and help them better integrate into the city life,this paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges they face,and starts from the three aspects of individuals,media and government to find the breakthrough of their learning dilemma and propose the countermeasures.
