近期,国家发改委召开新闻发布会,明确将重大科技基础设施划归新型基础设施范畴,重大科技基础设施建设步入"新基建"时代。进入新时代、面临新形势、把握新要求,在分析重大科技基础设施丰富内涵和全面要求基础上,提出新时期加强我国重大科技基础设施建设的思考。

Recently,the national development and Reform Commission held a press conference to clearly classify large research infrastructures as new infrastructure,and the large research infrastructure construction stepped into the era of "new infrastructure".In the new era,facing the new situation and new requirements,this paper puts forward the thinking of strengthening the construction of large research infrastructure in the new era,which based on the analysis of the rich connotation and clear requirements of large research infrastructure.
