企业创新战略对经营绩效的影响——以制造型企业供应链整合战略为例

The Impact of Innovation Strategy on Performance: Taking the Supply Chain Integration Strategy of Manufacturing Enterprises as an Example

在《中国制造2025》发展背景下,我国制造型企业通过实施创新战略,实现企业规模和效率不断提高,不仅增强了企业绩效,还提升了我国制造业的整体实力,成为国民经济发展的重要支柱力量。在制造型企业创新的过程中,企业通过垂直整合的方式,将上下游资源进行合并和管理,以节省成本,提升供应链效率,供应链整合成为制造型企业在发展过程中的普遍现象。讨论了我国制造型企业的供应链整合创新战略对企业经营绩效的影响,利用增加值指数法测算企业创新指数,发现企业的供应链整合程度总体呈上升趋势,并通过面板数据回归模型发现了创新战略对企业绩效的正向影响,进而有针对性的提出了建议,结论和建议对我国制造型企业的管理具有一定的借鉴意义,有助于我国制造型企业的长期可持续发展。

Under the development "Made in China 2025", China’s manufacturing enterprises have improved scale and efficiency through the implementation of innovation strategy, which not only enhances the enterprise performance, but also improves the overall strength of China’s manufacturing industry. Manufacturing enterprises merge and manage the upstream and downstream resources through vertical integration, in order to save costs and improve the efficiency of supply chain, thus makes supply chain integration a common phenomenon in enterprise development process. This study measured the enterprise innovation index using the value added index, and find that there is a positive impact on the enterprise performance. The discussion and suggestions have certain reference significance for the management of China’s manufacturing enterprises.
