企业关系资本、知识共享与企业创新能力——基于先进制造业产业技术联盟的实证研究

Enterprise Relational Capital, Knowledge Sharing and Enterprise Innovation Capability——Empirical research based on advanced manufacturing industry technology alliance

第五次产业革命的深入发展对产业创新能力提出了更高的要求,产业技术联盟的地位愈发重要,在产业技术联盟中,先进制造业企业通过企业关系资本网络进行资源交流和知识共享,进而提升自身的创新能力。通过对江苏322家先进制造业企业问卷调查结果进行实证分析,得出结果如下:企业关系资本有利于知识共享的实现和企业创新能力的提升;知识共享对于企业创新能力具有显著的正向促进作用;知识贡献在企业关系资本和企业创新能力之间起中介作用。研究结果对提升江苏先进制造业企业创新能力,促进江苏制造业产业转型升级具有重要的指导价值。

The in—depth development of the fifth industrial revolution puts forward higher requirements for industrial innovation capabilities. The status of industrial technology alliances is becoming more and more important. In industrial technology alliances, advanced manufacturing enterprises conduct resource exchanges and knowledge sharing through corporate relationship capital networks, and then improve their own innovation capabilities. Through an empirical analysis of the results of the questionnaire survey of 322 advanced manufacturing companies in Jiangsu, the results are as follows: Corporate relational capital is conducive to the realization of knowledge sharing and the improvement of corporate innovation capabilities;knowledge sharing has a significant positive role in promoting corporate innovation capabilities;Knowledge contribution plays an intermediary role between corporate relationship capital and corporate innovation capabilities. The research results have important guiding value for improving the innovation ability of Jiangsu’s advanced manufacturing enterprises and promoting the transformation and upgrading of Jiangsu’s manufacturing industry.
