上海市普陀区家庭医生工作满意度与职业倦怠状况调查 被引量:8

Survey on current situation of job satisfaction and job burnout among family doctors in Putuo District of Shanghai

摘要 目的调查上海市普陀区家庭医生工作满意度及职业倦怠现状。方法于2019年11—12月面向普陀区家庭医生开展问卷调查,将完成问卷符合要求的164名家庭医生作为研究对象,对其进行工作满意度、职业倦怠的问卷调查;将研究对象按照是否参加过规范化培训分为规培组(103人)和非规培组(61人),比较两组家庭医生的一般情况、工作满意度及职业倦怠情况,分析影响工作满意及导致职业倦怠的相关因素。结果家庭医生的总体工作满意度得分为(116.6±15.2)分,处于一般水平。规培组家庭医生工作满意的比例高于非规培组,差异有统计学意义[8.7%(9/103)比3.3%(2/61),χ^(²)=9.759,P=0.007]。年龄(r=-0.161,P=0.039)、工作年限(r=-0.204,P=0.009)和职称(r=-0.217,P=0.005)是影响家庭医生工作满意度的因素。工作满意程度与职业倦怠的3个维度情绪耗竭(r=-0.202,P=0.010)、个人成就感(r=-0.158,P=0.043)、去人格化(r=-0.193,P=0.013)呈负相关。结论上海市普陀区家庭医生工作满意度不高、存在职业倦怠,建议建立合理工作制度、优化流程、提高待遇,加强家庭医生心理建设。 Objective To survey on the job satisfaction and job burnout among family doctors in Putuo District and the related factors.Methods A questionnaire survey on job satisfaction and job burnout was conducted among 164 family doctors in Putuo District from November to December,2019.There were 103 participants who had completed standardized residency training(trained group)and 61 participants who did not received training(non-trained group).The general situation,job satisfaction and job burnout were compared between two groups;and the related factors were analyzed.Results The overall job satisfaction score of family doctors was 116.6±15.2,which was in the"average"level;the job satisfaction rate in the trained group(8.7%)was significantly higher than that in the non-trained group(3.3%)(χ^(2)=9.759).The age(r=-0.161,P=0.039),working years(r=-0.204,P=0.009),professional title(r=-0.217,P=0.005)were the influencing factors for job satisfaction.Job satisfaction was negatively correlated with three dimensions of job burnout:emotional exhaustion(r=-0.202,P=0.010),sense of personal achievement(r=-0.158,P=0.043)and depersonalization(r=-0.193,P=0.013).Conclusion The job satisfaction is not high with certain degree of job burnout among family doctors in community health service centers of Shanghai Putuo district.To increase job satisfaction it is necessary to establish a rational work system,optimize the working conditions,enhance incentive measures,and improve psychological status of family doctors.
