Early administration of immunosuppressant strengthens the management of pemphigus

摘要 天疱疮(pemphigus)是一种获得性自身免疫性大疱类疾病,以皮肤和/或黏膜上广泛分布的大疱和糜烂为特征,是一种慢性、复发性、潜在致死性疾病。天疱疮的治疗目标主要是控制病情进展,争取长期缓解,直至痊愈;同时尽可能降低糖皮质激素(简称激素)累积剂量,减少治疗不良反应,提高患者生命质量。
