摘要
随着信息技术的发展,当今社会已进入数字化、大数据的新时代,教师培训都改为线上同步或异步培训。由于地域发展不均衡,有些地域没有自己的网络平台,这就要求教师培训要与远程机构合作,从而达到提升教师教育教学能力的目的。而远程机构可以从职责、制度、团队三个层面采取有效策略,从而提升自己的教师培训能力。
With the development of information technology,today's society has entered a new era of digitization and big data,and teacher training has been changed to online synchronous or asynchronous training.Due to the uneven development of the region,some regions do not have their own network platforms,which requires teacher training to cooperate with remote institutions,so as to achieve the purpose of improving teachers'education and teaching ability.The remote institutions can take effective strategies from the three levels of responsibility,system and team,so as to improve their teacher training ability.
