摘要
学习对人的成长具有关键作用,强烈的学习意愿和良好的互动行为是较高学习质量产生的必要前提。通过长期对农村小学课堂的教学活动观察发现,多数学生缺乏主动学习的意愿以及将知识清楚表述的能力,这些都是限制学生学习质量提升的重要原因。家庭教育中家长与学生的互动质量对提升学生学习质量至关重要。基于此,着眼于家长、学生教与学的方式转变,重温陶行知老先生提出的“小先生”制,使学生与家长角色互换,让家长扮演学生,让学生担任教师,构建现代“小先生”学-教循环的学习模式。该模式的实施有助于查找学生学习中的不足,并通过自我价值的塑造和互动行为的培养增强学生的参与意愿和互动能力,促进学生高质量的学习参与行为发生,以提升学生的学习质量。
Learning plays a key role in people's growth.Strong willingness to learn and good interaction behavior are the necessary prerequisite for high learning quality.Through long-term observation of classroom teaching activities in rural primary schools,it is found that most students lack the willingness to learn actively and the ability to express knowledge clearly,which are the important reasons to limit the improvement of students'learning quality.In family education,the quality of interaction between parents and students is very important to improve students'learning quality.Based on this,this paper focuses on the transformation of parents'and students'ways of teaching and learning,reviews the“little teachers”system proposed by Tao Xingzhi,makes the role of students and parents exchange,lets parents play students,lets students act as teachers,and constructs a modern learning and teaching cycle mode of“little teachers”.The implementation of the mode helps to find out the deficiencies in students'learning,and through the shaping of self-worth and the cultivation of interactive behavior,enhance students'willingness and ability to participate,and promote students'high-quality learning participation behavior,in order to improve students'learning quality.
