高校工匠精神培育与思想政治教育的有机融合

近年来,我国的教育制度在不断进行改革,以适应不断变化的新形势,培养全面发展的高质量人才。因此,作为发展主力军的高校教育,也成为了发展的重点。近年来国家大力宣传工匠精神,而且工匠精神具有丰富的发展内涵,对高校学生的思想政治教育有着很强的促进作用。因此,将工匠精神的培育融入到高校思想政治教育中,可以促进高校教育的进一步发展和改革,也有利于学生整体素质的提高。促进工匠精神的进一步发展,符合我国的教育制度改革的目标。就高校工匠精神培育与思想政治的有机融合进行研究,以期促进教育制度的改革和工匠精神的发展。

In recent years,China's education system has been constantly reformed to adapt to the changing new situation and cultivate high-quality talents with all-round development.Therefore,as the main force of development,higher education has become the focus of development.In recent years,the state vigorously publicizes the craftsmanship spirit,which has high-quality development connotation and plays a strong role in promoting the ideological and political education of college students.Therefore,integrating the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit into the ideological and political education in colleges and universities can promote the further development and reform of higher education,and also help to improve the overall quality of students.To promote the further development of craftsmanship spirit is in line with the reform goal of education system in China.This paper studies the organic integration of the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit and ideological and political education in colleges and universities,in order to promote the reform of education system and the development of craftsmanship spirit.
