哈佛南岸计划之精神药理学规范近期发布2019版强迫症药物治疗流程,新版治疗流程共包括7个节点,分别是强迫症的诊断,选用SSRIs氟西汀、氟伏沙明、舍曲林治疗,更换另一种一线SSRIs或氯米帕明治疗,联用第2代抗精神病药增效治疗,联用增效新药,无创物理治疗,神经外科手术。其中检测血药浓度、联用增效药物治疗、无创物理治疗等节点内容值得我国强迫症规范化治疗中借鉴,有利于强迫症的临床合理用药。因此,本文中对哈佛南岸计划2019版强迫症药物治疗流程的亮点进行了分析推荐。

The psychopharmacology algorithm project at the Harvard South Shore Program recently released the 2019 edition of the algorithm for pharmacotherapy of obsessive-compulsive disorder(OCD).The new algorithm includes seven nodes,which are:the diagnosis of OCD,using one of SSRIs(fluoxetine,fluvoxamine,and sertraline),using alternative treatment of first-line SSRIs or clomipramine,combination of a second-generation antipsychotic,combination of novel agents,non-invasive physical therapy,and neurosurgery treatment.Some contents of the nodes,such as testing plasma drug concentration,combined use of synergistic drug therapy,and non-invasive physical therapy are beneficial to the clinical rational use for the standardized treatment of OCD in China.Therefore,this article analyzes and recommends the highlights of the Harvard South Shore Program 2019 edition of the algorithm for pharmacotherapy of OCD.
