多维视角下幼儿心理健康教育问题探析 被引量:8

摘要 幼儿期是心理发展的关键期,幼儿在环境的适应、情绪情感、人际关系、抗挫能力等方面出现不同层次和种类的心理健康问题,亟待有效解决。从积极心理学视角、人本主义心理学视角、社会学习理论的视角、生态系统理论的视角分析幼儿心理健康问题,并在此基础上提出建立和谐的家庭氛围、营造温馨的园所环境、构建顶高—底短的等腰三角形家园共育模式,旨在培养幼儿积极健康的心理品质,促进幼儿全面发展。 Early childhood is a critical period for psychological development.At present,children have different levels and types of mental health problems in environmental adaptation,emotion,interpersonal relationship,anti-frustration ability and other aspects,which needs to be effectively solved.This paper analyzes the mental health problems of children from the perspectives of positive psychology,humanistic psychology,social learning theory and ecosystem theory.On this basis,it is proposed to establish a harmonious family atmosphere,create a warm kindergarten environment,and construct an isosceles triangle home-kindergarten co-parenting mode,aiming at cultivating children’s positive and healthy psychological quality and promoting their all-round development.
