高职教师优课优酬激励机制的探讨——以某高职院校为例 被引量:1

摘要 对优课优酬的研究现状进行探讨,并以某高职院校为例,分析了高职教师年均课酬收入、年均绩效收入等指标情况。研究发现,职称越高,授课时数越少,但平均课酬收入却较高,这是由于不同职称教师的课酬标准差距较大所造成。另外,年均课酬占年均绩效收入的比重以及年均超课时收入占年均绩效收入的比重差异不大。说明现有的课酬设计模式向高职称专任教师倾斜,未能充分调动教师教学工作积极性。对高职院校教师优课优酬激励机制的诉求进行调研分析,并在此基础上对优课优酬奖励对象、奖励条件、遴选依据、实施落实等“优课优酬”激励机制的构建提出了建议。 The research status of“excellent courses and excellent rewards”was investigated in terms of the indicators of teachers’annual class income and annual performance income with a vocational college as an example.It is found that the higher the professional title,the fewer the teaching hours,but the higher the average class income.This was because of the large gap between the payment standards of teachers with different professional titles.In addition,there was no significant difference in the proportion of average class pay to average annual performance income and the proportion of average extra class income to average annual performance income.It showed that the current class pay design favors full-time teachers with higher professional titles,which fails to fully mobilize teachers in teaching work.Based on the investigation and analysis of the demands of teachers in vocational colleges,this paper put forward some suggestions on the construction of an incentive mechanism of“excellent courses and excellent rewards”such as the reward objects,reward conditions,selection bases and implementation.
