摘要
本文提出了援外培训“四圈”需求分析理论,并运用该理论,以林业援外培训为例,从宏观、中观、中微观和微观四个层面分析了怎样做好援外培训需求研究,以推进援外培训教学改革和创新,提升援外培训效果,使援外培训真正服务外交、服务行业国际合作、服务发展中国家能力建设提升的目的,为构建人类命运共同体不断提供人才保障和智力支持。
This paper creatively puts forward Four-Circle Need Analysis model for China aid training.Exemplified by forestry aid training,the model is adopted to analyze how to conduct a good study of training needs from the macro,middle,middle-micro and micro aspects.The purpose is to promote the reform and innovation of teaching in the training,improve the effectiveness,so that such training can really serve China’s diplomacy,forestry international cooperation,and capacity building in developing countries,contributing to the community of shared human destiny by continuously providing talents and intellectual support.
