基于高职学情的翻转课堂混合式教学模式研究——以酒店沟通技巧课程为例

Research on theBlended Teaching Model of Flipped Classroom Based on the Learning Situation of Students in Higher Vocational Colleges—Taking‘Hotel Communication Skills’as An Example

酒店沟通技巧课程非常适合使用翻转课堂模式,但不同学段、不同学生会有不同的学情,生搬硬套地应用教学模式可能适得其反。该研究采用问卷调查法,对高职学生的学情进行了研究,根据学生学情分析结果,设计了“1-1-3”混合式教学模式,以期给该类课程的教学改革提供参考。

The course of Hotel Communication Skills is very suitable for the flipped classroom mode.Since different students have different learning situation in different periods,it may be counterproductive to apply this teaching mode mechanically.This study uses questionnaire survey method to investigate the learning situation of students in higher vocational colleges.After analyzing the data,according to the students’learning situation,the‘1-1-3’blended teaching model was designed,hoping to provide reference value for the reform of similar courses.
