Strengthen Party Building Promote the High-Quality Development of the Center’s work

加强机关党建工作,发挥机关党组织的战斗堡垒作用和党员先锋模范作用,对保障和促进机关切实履职尽责,带领和推动经济社会科学发展意义重大。针对当前机关党建工作在思想认识、工作机制、绩效考核、党建工作与业务工作的协调融合等方面存在的问题,建议从提高政治站位、建立党建工作科学考核机制、实现党建与业务工作深度融合、打造坚强有力的党员干部队伍等方面做好相关工作。

Strengthening the work of party building in government agencies,giving full play to the fighting fortress role of party organizations in government agencies and the exemplary vanguard role of party members are of great significance to ensuring and promoting the effective performance of their duties by agencies and leading and promoting the development of economic and social sciences.In view of the problems existing in the current party building work in the ideological understanding,working mechanism,performance appraisal,and coordination and integration of party building work and business work,it is recommended to improve political positions,establish a scientific evaluation mechanism for party building work,and achieve deep integration of party building and business work.Build a strong team of party members and cadres and do a good job in related work.
