新型变压器电流相位差测量方法与硬件实现

摘要 在变电站安装调试中,常常需要测量两个频率相同信号的相位差。例如,在电力变压器投运前,需要核对高压侧、中压测及低压侧电流相位,相位不正确会引起差流,导致变压器投运失败,因此在变电站投运前变压器的核相工作尤为重要。目前,市面上的核相仪虽能满足相位差测量,但在测量大型设备如大型变压器时,由于受到设备体积及环境布置的影响,导致测量的稳定性受到影响而且测量方式变得烦琐复杂。为克服现有测量技术中存在的不足,提出了针对大型变压器的新型相位差以时间为基准的测量系统,能够消除大型变压器体积及环境对接线的影响,有效降低人为误判,同时能够保证相位差测量的精度和稳定性,具有广阔的市场应用前景。 In the installation and commissioning of substations,it is necessary to measure the phase difference of two signals with the same frequency.For example,before the power transformer is put into operation,it is necessary to check the relative phases of the high-voltage side,medium-voltage side and low-voltage side.If the phases is not correct,it will cause a differential current and cause the transformer to fail in operation.Therefore,before the substation put into operation,the phase checking work of the transformer is particularly important.At present,although the phase nuclear instrument on the market can meet the phase difference measurement,when measuring large equipment such as large transformers,due to the influence of the equipment volume and environmental layout,the stability of the measurement is affected and the measurement method becomes cumbersome and complicated.In order to overcome the shortcomings in the existing measurement technology,this paper proposes a new time-based measurement system for the phase difference of large transformers,which can eliminate the influence of the volume of the large transformer and the environment on the wiring,while ensuring the accuracy and accuracy of the phase difference measurement.Stability and broad market application prospects.
