摘要
四川盆地涪陵、长宁-威远等页岩气田上翘型水平井日渐增多,为解决上翘型水平井牵引器射孔施工出现的输送困难和工具串下滑问题,进行了射孔冲击力、加速度等测试实验。通过建立井下工具串与水平井上翘角度的数学模型,提出上翘型水平井牵引器射孔施工困难的解决措施,形成上翘型水平井牵引器射孔作业工艺。该工艺在涪陵页岩气田得到成功应用,解决了长水平段上翘型水平井首段射孔的安全问题,同时提高了连续油管射孔作业时效。
The upturned wells are increasing in Changning-Weiyuan and other shale gas fields in Sichuan basin.In order to solve the problems of transportation difficulty and tool string sliding during the perforating operation of tractor in upturned horizontal well in shale gas field,we carry on the perforation impact force and the acceleration test experiment.Then,we establish the mathematical model of downhole tool string and the upturned angle,and propose the solution to the perforation problem of tractor in upturned horizorital well.Finally,the perforation technology of the upturned horizontal well retractor is formed.It has been successfully applied in Fuling shale gas field.The technology solves the security issue in the first section perforation of long horizontal section and large angle upturned horizontal well,and improves the operation efficiency.
