摘要
随着长庆油田大规模水平井勘探开发模式的实施,利用桥射联作工艺进行储层改造的工作量逐年增加。为满足长庆油田主体市场的需要,开发了基于工厂化桥射联作的施工工艺。介绍了工厂化桥射联作工艺的生产组织模式的创新,阐述复杂井眼泵送技术、模块化射孔枪等核心技术工艺特点及其在实际中取得的技术进步。研发了可溶球座、井口远程快速连接工具等配套设施。2015—2020年在长庆油田的规模应用表明,工厂化桥射联作工艺在现场施工中起到了提速增效作用,满足了生产实际需求,可为其他油田开展类似工作提供借鉴。
With the implementation of large-scale horizontal well exploration and development mode in Changqing oilfield,the workload of reservoir reconstruction using bridge plug perforation combined operation technology is increasing year by year.In order to meet the needs of the main market of Changqing oilfield,the factory bridge plug perforation combined operation technology is putting forward.We systematically summarizes the innovation of the production organization mode of the factory bridge plug perforation combined operation technology,expounds the core technical characteristics of the complex borehole pumping technology,modular perforating gun and other core technologies.A soluble ball socket and a remote quick connection device are developed as supporting facilities.The practical application in Changqing oilfield from 2015 to 2020 shows that the industralized bridge plug perforation combined operation technology is an effective way to improve ROP and efficiency,which could meet the actual production demand,and provide references for other oilfields to carry out similar work.
