西部地区“十四五”期间综合运输服务发展对策

Measures for the Development of Integrated Transportation Services in the"14th Five-Year Plan"Period in the Western Region

本文在充分分析我国西部地区综合运输服务发展现状及存在问题的基础上,分析“十四五”期间发展形势与趋势,剖析西部地区与东部地区之间存在的差距,提出了打造适应需求的基础设施体系、构建便捷品质的客运服务体系、构建集约高效的货运服务体系以及提升科技创新活力推动运输服务升级等四项举措,为西部地区综合运输服务水平提升和高质量发展提供参考。

On the basis of fully analyzing the development status and existing problems of integrated transportation services in the western region of China,the paper analyzes the development situation and trends during the"14th Five-Year Plan"period,and dissects the gap between the western region and the eastern region.Furthermore,four measures are proposed,namely,building an infrastructure system to meet the demand,constructing a convenient and high-quality passenger service system,establishing an intensive and efficient freight service system,and promoting the upgrading of transportation services by enhancing the vitality of scientific and technological innovation.Finally,it provides references for the improvement and highquality development of the comprehensive transport service in the western region.
