杭州公交信息化建设现状分析

Analysis on The Current Situation of Information Construction of Hangzhou Public Transport

经过多年的信息化建设,杭州公交拥有了种类繁多、功能各异的信息化系统。本文通过对现有的信息化系统进行分类,梳理他们之间的关系,找出薄弱环节,提出今后发展的方向。近几年,为了应对新形势的变化,杭州公交加大了信息化建设力度,不仅对原有系统进行了升级改造,还打造了自己的大数据平台,并以此实现了智能化调度。同时多方面考虑公众需求,提供多样化个性服务,使公众能安全、便捷、快速出行。

After years of information construction,Hangzhou public transport has a variety of information systems with different functions.This paper classifies the existing information systems,sorts out the relationship between them,finds out the weak link,and puts forward the direction of future development.In the last few years,in response to the changes in the new situation,Hangzhou public transport has increased the information construction,not only the original system has been upgraded,also built its own big data platform and realized intelligent scheduling.At the same time,considering the needs of the public,it provides diversified personalized services,so that the public can travel safely,conveniently and quickly.
