新时代中国文化形象建设的现实境遇、目标向度与推进方略 被引量:4

The Reality, Targets and Strategy of the Construction of Chinese Cultural Image in the New Era

摘要 国家文化形象建设事关一个国家文化软实力的发展和综合实力的提升,是增强民族凝聚力和对外吸引力的重要途径。世界面临百年未有之大变局、各国文化竞争愈演愈烈、全媒体发展助推文化创新创造等构成了新时代中国文化形象建设的现实境遇。在这一境遇下,我们应着眼于显特色、彰新意、倡共识,有效塑造和彰显自信自立、生机活力、开放包容的文化形象。实现这样的目标,需要我们在准确识变、主动求变中把握变局,在因势而谋、应势而动、顺势而为中用好契机,在提升能力补短板、培养人才攻弱项中强基固本,在量身定制、精确调研、适时调整中精准施策。 The construction of national cultural image is related to the development of a country’s cultural soft power and the promotion of its comprehensive strength. It is an important way to enhance national cohesion and external attraction. Today, the world is marked by changes unseen in a century, the cultural competition among countries is intensifying, and the development of all media promotes the cultural innovation and creation. Under such circumstances, we should focus on showing characteristics, highlighting new ideas, advocating consensus, and establishing a cultural image of self-confidence, self-reliance, vitality, openness and inclusiveness. To achieve such a goal, we need to grasp the changing situation by judging and pursuing change accurately and actively, make good use of the opportunity by thinking and acting according to the situation, consolidate the foundation by improving the ability and training talents, and implement strategy accurately by developing different strategies for different countries, researching different groups and adjusting measures in time.
