The Counter-hegemonic Project of Left-accelerationism and Its Limitations

左翼加速主义深刻揭示了新自由主义霸权的理论荒谬性和现实危害性,并在此基础上确立了其反霸权计划的基本框架:一个凝聚普遍共识的后工作世界目标、一套秉持"系统性变革"的策略构想和一场力量强大的左翼民粹主义运动。由于缺少历史唯物主义的理论锐度、基本定向和方法论立场,这一反霸权计划很难促成一场能够彻底改变左翼政治生存困境日益萎缩现状进而消解新自由主义霸权的实际行动。任何一种旨在颠覆新自由主义的替代方案如果不能将矛头直指新自由主义的绝对自由的精神内核,直接和现存社会秩序相决裂,并选择一种跟社会经济基础最切近、具有现实可能性的着眼于人类解放的"自由人联合体"崇高理想去推进它,都不可能取得成功。

Left-accelerationism profoundly reveals the theoretical absurdity and practical harmfulness of neoliberalism hegemony, and on this basis, establishes the basic framework of its counter-hegemony project: a goal of the post-work world with universal consensus, a set of strategic ideas adhering to "systematic change" and a powerful left populist movement. It is difficult for this counter-hegemony project to promote a practical movement that can completely change the shrinking situation of the left political survival dilemma and dispel neoliberal hegemony, because it lacks theoretical sharpness, basic orientation and methodological standpoint of historical materialism. Without directly pointing at the spiritual core of absolute freedom of neoliberalism, directly breaking with the existing social order and choosing a lofty ideal of "free people association" which is closest to the social and economic foundation and has realistic possibility and focuses on human liberation, any alternative scheme aimed at subverting neoliberalism won’t be successful.
