摘要 膀胱癌是泌尿系统常见的恶性肿瘤,2016版WHO泌尿系统肿瘤分类中将膀胱癌分为非浸润性和浸润性癌,其中浸润性膀胱尿路上皮癌根据组织形态学特征又进一步分为多种组织学亚型,这些组织学亚型中有些具有独特的临床病理学特征,有些容易与其他类型的恶性肿瘤混淆。
