摘要
基于相同电负荷、磁负荷及等永磁体用量的设计原则,建立了不同绕组结构的传统直驱永磁同步电机(DDPMSM)、传统环形绕组DDPMSM和120°相带环形绕组DDPMSM的有限元模型。分析了空载运行时3种电机的磁场分布、气隙磁密和反电势,对比了负载运行时3种电机的输出转矩、效率及功率因数等性能参数。制造了一台120°相带环形绕组DDPMSM样机,搭建了样机实验测试平台,测试了样机在不同工况下的输出转矩和输出功率,对比分析了实验与有限元结果,验证了有限元模型及分析结果的正确性。研究结果表明:120°相带环形绕组DDPMSM较传统DDPMSM和传统环形绕组DDPMSM具有体积小、转矩密度高、转矩常数大等优势。
Based on the design principle of the same electrical load,magnetic load and the amount of permanent magnet,several finite-element models with different windings were established,which includes the conventional direct-drive permanent magnet synchronous motor(DDPMSM),conventional DDPMSM with toroidal windings and DDPMSM with 120°phase belts toroidal windings.First,the magnetic field distribution,air-gap flux density and back electromotive force(EMF)of three motors at no-load operation were analyzed.Second,some performances including the output torque,efficiency and power factor were compared,when the three motors are operating on load.Then,a prototype of the DDPMSM with 120°phase belts toroidal windings was designed and manufactured.The test platform was built to measure the output torque,and output power of the prototype at different operations.And the experimental results are compared with ones obtained by the finite-element model,and the deviation between them is about 5%,which is within the allowable engineering error and verifies the correctness of the finite-element results.Finally,it can be concluded that the DDPMSM with 120°phase belts toroidal windings has the advantages of small volume,high torque density and high torque cconstant,compared with conventional DDPMSM and conventional DDPMSM with toroidal windings.
