百万扩招背景下高职教育精准扶贫路径研究

Research on the Path of Targeted Poverty Alleviation in Higher Vocational Education under the Background of Million Enrollment Expansion

精准扶贫理念已细化到高职教育。就扶贫对象而言,其具备解决生存性需求和发展性需求双重属性;就定位而言,职业教育为我国经济社会发展提供了有力的人才和智力支撑,高职扩招切合国家精准扶贫战略,体现出了高职教育助推脱贫攻坚的主力军作用。职业教育在教育扶贫的实践中已取得显著成绩,但也显露出高职人才培养模式与高职扶贫对象间、高职扶贫联动性要求与参与主体担责程度、人才脱贫和地区脱贫之间的矛盾。因此必须联合多层面、多主体参与合作、共担责任、聚集资源,并将终身教育的理念注入到高职教育精准扶贫的工作中。

The concept of targeted poverty alleviation has been refined to higher vocational education.As for the objects of poverty alleviation,higher vocational education has the attributes of solving their needs of survival and development.In terms of its positioning,higher vocational education provides a strong talent and intellectual support for China’s economic and social development.The enrollment expansion of higher vocational education is in line with the national strategy of targeted poverty alleviation,reflecting the main role of higher vocational education in boosting poverty alleviation.Although higher vocational education has made remarkable achievements in the practice of poverty alleviation through education,there exist several contradictions,such as(1)the contradiction between the talent training mode of higher vocational education and the object of poverty alleviation in higher vocational education,(2)the contradiction between the joint requirements of poverty alleviation in higher vocational education and the levels of responsibility of participants,and(3)the contradiction between the poverty alleviation of talents and the poverty alleviation of regions.Therefore,we must unite multi subjects to participate and cooperate from multi aspects,share responsibilities,gather resources,and integrate the concept of lifelong education into the work of targeted poverty alleviation in higher vocational education.
