广东省粤西地区水产品O1群霍乱弧菌分离株病原学特征分析 被引量:5

Pathogenic characteristics of Vibrio cholerae O1 strains isolated from water products in Western Guangdong province

摘要 目的分析2018年广东省粤西地区水产品O1群霍乱弧菌分离株的抗生素敏感性,毒力基因携带情况,分子分型等病原学特征,为有效制定防控措施提供依据。方法选取2018年粤西地区水产品来源O1群霍乱弧菌分离株。采用血清学进行血清分型、抗生素敏感性试验MIC法、毒力基因PCR检测和脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)分子分型,分析粤西地区O1群霍乱弧菌分离株在菌型分布、抗生素敏感性、毒素基因携带以及分子分型方面的特征。结果茂名地区全年采集48份标本,其中分离得到7份O1群稻叶型霍乱弧菌,分离率为14.6%;湛江全年采集890份标本,分离得到11份O1群稻叶型霍乱弧,分离率为1.2%。未发现携带ctxA、tcpA基因,其他辅助性毒力基因携带率为toxR(88.9%)、ompU(77.8%)、hly(72.2%)、ace(55.6%)、tcpI(50.0%)、zot(50.0%)。抗生素敏感性试验显示,分离株对阿米卡星、磺胺异噁唑、亚胺培南、多西环素等有较好的敏感性,敏感性分别为100.0%、94.4%、88.9%、88.9%。脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)分析显示,粤西地区水产品O1群霍乱弧菌分离株PFGE图谱有明显的地区差异。结论广东省粤西地区水产品中O1群霍乱弧菌分离株具有不同的病原学特征,存在明显的遗传多态性,含有丰富的毒力因子。需要继续加强对本地区水产品中的霍乱弧菌的监测及病原学特征分析,为食品安全防控提供决策依据。 ObjectiveThe antibiotic susceptibility,virulence gene carrying and molecular typing of Vibrio cholerae O1 isolates from aquatic products in Western Guangdong province in 2018 were analyzed to provide evidence for effective prevention and control measures.Methods Vibrio choleraeO1 strains isolated from aquatic products in Western Guangdong in 2018 were selected.Serological typing,antibiotic susceptibility test MIC,virulence gene PCR and pulsed field gel electrophoresis(PFGE)molecular typing were used to analyze the characteristics of Vibrio cholerae O1 isolates in Western Guangdong in the aspects of bacterial type distribution,antibiotic susceptibility,toxin gene carrying and molecular typing.Results Among the 48 samples collected in Maoming,7 isolates of O1 group of V.cholerae were isolated,with the isolation rate of 14.6%;among the 890 samples collected in Zhanjiang,11 isolates of O1 group of V.cholerae were isolated,with the isolation rate of 1.2%.Ctx A,tcp A genes were not found.The carrying rates of other auxiliary virulence genes were tox R(88.9%),omp U(77.8%),hly(72.2%),ace(55.6%),tcpI(50.0%),zot(50.0%).Antibiotic sensitivity test showed that the isolates were sensitive to amikacin,sulfaisoxazole,imipenem and doxycycline,and the sensitivity was 100.0%,94.4%,88.9% and 88.9% respectively.Pulsed field gel electrophoresis(PFGE)analysis showed that there were obvious regional differences in the PFGE profiles of Vibrio cholerae isolates from aquatic products O1 in western Guangdong.Conclusion s The O1 Vibrio cholerae isolates from aquatic products in western Guangdong province had different pathogenic characteristics,obvious genetic polymorphism and rich virulence factors.Surveillance and pathogenic analysis of Vibrio cholerae in aquatic products in this region should be strengthened,so as to provide decision-making basis for food safety control.
