玉屏风散合败毒散加减治疗感冒后咳嗽120例临床观察

Clinical effect observation of Yupingfeng powder combined with Baidu powder in treating 120 cases of cough after cold

目的:观察玉屏风散合败毒散加减治疗感冒后咳嗽的临床疗效。方法:将120例感冒后咳嗽患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组60例。对照组给予西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上联合玉屏风散合败毒散加减治疗。比较两组患者的咳嗽症状积分、莱切斯特咳嗽问卷(Leicester Cough Questionnaire,LCQ)评分及临床疗效。结果:两组患者治疗后咳嗽症状积分低于本组治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组;两组患者治疗后LCQ评分高于本组治疗前,且治疗组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组总有效率为71.67%(43/60),治疗组总有效率为88.33%(53/60),两组患者总有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:玉屏风散合败毒散加减治疗感冒后咳嗽可改善患者临床症状,降低咳嗽症状积分,提高LCQ评分,疗效优于常规西医治疗。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yupingfeng powder(玉屏风散)combined with Baidu powder(败毒散)on cough after cold.Methods:120 patients with cough after cold were divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the method of random number table,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,the treatment group was combined with Yupingfeng powder and Baidu powder on the basis of treatment of the control group.The cough symptom score,LCQ score and clinical effect of the two groups were compared.Results:The score of cough symptoms in the two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment,and the score of LCQ in the treatment group was higher than that before treatment,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate was 71.67%(43/60)in the control group and 88.33%(53/60)in the treatment group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yupingfeng powder combined with Baidu powder can relieve the clinical symptoms,reduce the score of cough symptoms and improve the score of LCQ.The curative effect is better than that of conventional western medicine.
